What the heck is this travesty? What happened to the other travesty? Also, What happened to the other, good design?

I resent you calling this site a travesty, but I decided to redesign the site to reflect my changing writing style and the change of the topics upon which I write. I wanted PSR not only to serve as an entertaining (and, God help you, informative) site but also as one that serves as an archive for my personal work. In addition, I have had the opportunity to work for money on website design, so I wanted to make my own design for PSR to serve as an example of my skills in the area. Also, by refocusing the site to provide writing on a variety of topics, I can increase the amount of potential content I can create, so really, it was a brilliant move, and I say that with all the humility I can muster. As far as the second, more Trigun-flavored design, that was for two reasons: One, the previous design was way too chunky and looked unprofessional even for a site that makes no pretense of being so. I wanted to scale back the size and number of images involved and make it look a lot nicer and less straining on the eyes. Two, I like Trigun, so I took a lot of screencaps and needed something to do with them.

Alright, so how come there's no new Life With Jake?

You missed it? I'm touched. Anyway, I simply haven't had a lot of time to make the comic, and it's quite the hassle to do so - coloring them takes a long time, and I'm not sure why my scanner started scanning the drawings wrong. Just look at the most recent comic, and you'll see why I've taken a hiatus from it. It's not that I don't like the characters anymore or anything, it's simply a matter of time and inspiration. You'll see more LWJ, though I'm not sure when or where.

Why isn't my favorite article from the last site on this iteration?

Because you haven't written to tell me what ones you want on the site, doofus.

Can I write something for the site?

No.

Can, uh, my...friend...Doris...can she write something for the site?

No.

Can you link to me?

We'll see. If you've got something worth linking to, I could give it a try. Of course, if you're that desperate for traffic, you may as well just give it up. You'll need to email it to me either way.

How come you aren't writing about games?

Largely because Gamingredients and Mega Man Network fulfill that need. No worry, I'll still keep the Games section loaded down with a bunch of nothing.

Will you be putting up a message board?

Last time I did that, nobody used it. Ever. But I have no sense of pattern recognition, so there's a forum header image sitting on my hard drive. Dunno if I'll ever use it, but make of that what you will.

Can we all be superfly? GQ, PhD, FBI?
